Data Processing Agreement

This DPA forms part of your agreement with Korgen and governs the processing of personal data on your behalf in line with UK GDPR Article 28.

Roles

You act as the data controller; Korgen acts as the data processor for the personal data you upload or sync into the platform.

Sub-processors

We maintain a current list of sub-processors and notify customers in advance of any changes.
