Customer data is stored in UK data centres. Backups are encrypted and held within the UK/EU.

Encryption

TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Secrets are managed via a hardened key management service.

Access controls

Role-based permissions, SSO on Enterprise, and full audit logs of administrative actions.
